Brethren, as we approach the date of our Annual Communication on 24-25 March, there are a couple of important announcements and information I would like to share.
This year will experience a larger-than-usual number of attendees.
Due to the high number of attendees, particularly visiting Brethren from other jurisdictions/countries, the following activities have been organized.
Please use this as you plan and schedule your time.
23 March 2023, Thursday, 7:00pm: Welcome Party/Fellowship.
This event will take place at Nangoku Tei, Chinese restaurant in Shibadaimon, Minato-Ku. ( Near JR Hamamatsucho station)
Cost will be 3,000yen. We currently have approximately 160 Masons and guests signed up for this event.
Many are attendees from visiting Jurisdictions so I encourage you to make use of this opportunity to have enjoy fellowship with each other, particularly with our visiting brethren.
24 March 2023, Friday, 7:00pm: Grand Master’s Night
This event will take place in the Scottish Rite Hall of Grand Lodge, Tokyo Masonic Center.
Due to limited seating and the large number of visiting Brethren, this event will be open ONLY to the Grand Lodge of Japan Officers and visiting Brethren from other Jurisdictions/countries.
While I would love to accommodate everyone, it just isn't possible given the room size of the Scottish Rite Hall, which is why the Thursday night Welcome Party/Fellowship is being organized to accommodate more Brethren.
