Dear Brothers of the Constituent Lodges of the Grand Lodge of Japan,
As you all are aware, the Government of Japan has declared a state of emergency to be in effect until May 6. Accordingly, in the interest of public order and the health and safety of our brethren and their families, I hereby order all of the constituent lodges of the Grand Lodge of Japan to remain dark for the duration of the state of emergency. In addition, due to the uncertainty caused by the pandemic (and the current state of emergency) I believe that our AnCom will likely be further delayed. I will discuss the situation with the Executive Committee members when we meet via Skype on April 18, and we will promptly report the results of that meeting to you.
In the meantime, please stay safe and keep an eye out for each other.

日本グランドロッジ構成ロッジのブラザー各位
皆さまもご承知のように、日本政府は5月6日までの間、緊急事態宣言を発令しました。
それに伴い、私は公共の秩序とブラザーおよびそのご家族の健康と安全を考慮し、日本グランドロッジのすべてのロッジに緊急事態宣言の期間中は定例会をダーク（休止）とすることをここに命じます。
また、パンデミック（および現在の緊急事態宣言）は今後どのように推移して行くのか現時点において想定不能なため、我々のアンコムは先日お伝えした延期の期日よりもさらに遅れることになることが予想されます。
4月18日に実行委員会のメンバーと今後の状況をSkypeで協議し、その結果を速やかに皆様にご報告したいと思います。
それまでの間、安全にご配慮いただき、お互いにご注意ください。
