Halloween Party will be held at Maihama temporary residential area at Kumamoto.
160 people in 87 houses (within them 40 children under junior high school ages)are living in this area.
The party will start from 10:00 am.
Bingo, quoits, Hit the Target, presents of Halloween costumes, and balloons from Shriner Clown will be there with some light snacks.
