第67回 年次総会（Annual Communication） を開催いたします。
The Grand Lodge of Japan will hold the
67th Annual Communication as outlined below.
受付は本ウェブサイト上にてオンラインで承ります。
受付開始日：
・12月15日〜（マスターメイソンおよびその配偶者）
・ 2月15日〜（全てのブラザーおよびゲスト）
特記事項：
米国政府による特別入国承認が必要な国の方（下記リスト参照）は、
1月末までに別途申請を行ってください。
***定員に達し次第、受付を終了いたします。

Online registration only through this website.
Opening dates:
• From December 15 – Master Masons and spouses
• From February 15 – All attendees
Special Notice:
Delegates from countries requiring prior U.S. Government clearance (see list below)
must complete their application by end of January.

イベント開催の ３日前まで のキャンセル：全額返金いたします。
開催 ３日前以降 のキャンセル、または当日不参加の場合：返金はいたしかねます。
主催者の都合または天災・感染症等によりイベントが中止となった場合は、全額返金いたします。
※返金の際の手数料は申込者様のご負担となります。
※キャンセルのご連絡は、必ずメールにてお知らせください。
Cancellations made up to three days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within three days of the event, or failure to attend on the event day, are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled due to the organizer’s circumstances, natural disasters, or infectious disease outbreaks, a full refund will be issued.
Any processing or transfer fees related to refunds shall be borne by the applicant.
All cancellations must be notified by email.
